Unprofessional, uncaring, tells lies.
I made a purchase from YSL based on their offer of a bonus product with purchase. They did not honor this with my order so I placed a second order to receive the bonus product and did not receive the bonus product again I contacted them, and the one girl seem to think it was funny and said, at least I got the sample fragrances, I returned the second bottle at my expense and it has been a battle to get my money back. They have their product returned, and I dont have my money back or I would never buy anything directly from YSL again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do business with them they have very poor reviews with the Better Business Bureau.

Verbal assault by employee
I never got the chance to speak with someone. I live in California. I was called a *** *** and a "demon" by a YSL employee last night. I went to speak with a manager today and was told she'd do a internal investigation and talk to the guy who yelled those horrific words to me.. Verbal assault! She had already spoken to him. I feel so violated! That guy should be fired! I am tempted to sue YSL for verbal assault! Please get back to me!

Lipsticks engraving scam
I received my order of 5 lipsticks without engraved, tried so many calls, emails, proofs pics, I returned it, it has been 3 months already, and they are refusing to give me refund after their visible mistake. Not trustable online ! I lost almost 200 with YSL. Highly disappointed ! I am a great buyer, never return items, so a very unfair situation with the wrong person. Vava

Lied about refunding shipping costs for a defective item
YSL Beauty sent me a perfume that did not smell like the scent it was supposed to be. I contacted them on Thursday 8/19 and spoke with a representative that advise me that they dont provide prepaid labels for returns, however, they will refund me the shipping cost as soon as I return it and send over the receipt to them. Today I called them and requested the email address so I could send over the receipt and receive my $13.03 and they are not willing to give me my refund for the shipping cost in spite of the perfume being defective. Customer service has not been helpful and have been extremely dismissive!
